Shipping
Ollie Fabrics will ship out orders within 1-3 business days of your order, unless otherwise specified. We pack and ship orders Monday-Friday & will try to get your order to you as quickly as we can. Shipping usually takes 4-6 days once it is received by the carrier. Subject to change with extreme weather conditions, pandemics, and all the other fun things out of our control.
Due to the volume of holiday shipping season, please account for additional time for your package to arrive. All orders will be shipped with tracking so we both can monitor it's movement, occasionally the USPS tracking system does not update properly & that is out of our control.
Ollie Fabrics currently ships to the United States and Canada.
For Canadian shipping, please account for additional time on top of our shipping window to make it through customs & other delays with international shipping. We will do our best to get your orders packed up efficiently and headed your way.
Shipping Discounts
We do offer free shipping on orders subtotaling $100+ in the US. Please select the free shipping option at checkout.
For shipping to Canada, we will refund $10 USD of the total shipping cost on orders subtotaling $100+ USD.
Returns
Ollie Fabrics does not accept returns, all sales are final.
If there has been a mistake made with your order, such as incorrect cut or incorrect item packed, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the issue at hello@olliefabrics.com.
We unfortunately do not accept returns on fabric where the color was not as expected. We do try our best to avoid this issue by photographing in natural lighting to get it as close as we can to the real thing. We understand that devices may display the colors differently, therefore there is no guarantee.
Cancellations
Ollie Fabrics does not accept cancellations on fabric that has already been cut. If you still need to proceed with cancelling your order & it hasn't been shipped yet, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us immediately to avoid that at hello@olliefabrics.com.
We will allow cancellations on orders that have not been cut yet. We do hope to process your orders quickly, so please reach out immediately.
